Finally, This leadership style was established by Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard. Situational leadership theory suggests that there is no one-size fits-all style. Instead, the best leadership style will be contingent on the situation.

A participative leader is one who contributes towards the leadership development of employees, encourages, involves, and utilizes everyone’s input in decision-making. When it comes to team engagement, he takes a democratic approach. Employees with participatory leaders have the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity by coming up with solutions to problems.

Pacesetting leadership, it is a leadership style in which pace is set by the leaders or higher authority for the completion of a particular task. Moreover, Team members or employees are expected to follow suit, and the pacesetting leader places a premium on achieving achievements that exceed expectations.

Vision is the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom. Defining Visionary leadership – it is a style of leadership in which leaders strategically plans the present events keeping in mind the bigger picture of the future and inspiring others to pursue a long-term vision. Also, The major foundation of visionary leadership is goal setting.
