    PDCA CYCLE

    The plan, do, check, act cycle is a four step problem solving Technique used to improve business process. Originally developed by American physicist Walter A sweetheart during 1920s. So, It is a design and management method used in business for control and continuous improvement of process and  method that enables teams to avoid recurring mistakes and improve processes. So, In this article we are going to discuss about the pdca cycle.

    Pdca cycle is an iterative process for continually improving products ,people and services.

    The plan do check act model includes solution, testing, analyzing results as well as improving the process. For example, let us suppose that you have a lot of customer complaints about the slow response rate of your support team. Then you will probably need to improve the way your team works to keep your customers satisfied. Thus, This is the point where the PDCA comes into the play.
