As our services are delivered exclusively online, shipping of physical products is generally not applicable. However, in cases where physical promotional materials or merchandise are involved, the following terms will apply.
All our services, including book marketing, author branding and promotional strategies, are delivered digitally through email, client portals, or other designated digital platforms. No physical shipping is involved in the delivery of these services.
In rare cases where physical materials or promotional merchandise are shipped, we will inform the client in advance. Shipping will only be applicable to the specified regions where our partnered distribution channels operate.
For digital services, delivery timelines will be specified in the service agreement or project contract or via email or via whatsapp messages. In case of physical shipping, estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
If physical shipping is involved, tracking information will be provided via email once the shipment is dispatched. For digital services, delivery confirmation will be sent through email or whatsapp messages or client portal notifications.
As our services are primarily digital, customs duties do not apply. But Taxes on services will be extra as applicable. If physical merchandise is shipped internationally, the recipient will be responsible for any applicable customs charges.
